Credit Manager

A forward-thinking client in the financial industry based in Pretoria is looking to employ a Credit manager to join their exclusive team. The individual would be responsible for Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers, creating credit scoring models for risk assessments, approving and rejecting loans based on available data. Calculating and setting loan interest rates.
Negotiating the terms of the loan with new clients to mention a few duties.

Minimum Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or similar field
 3- 5 experience as a Credit Manager (leading a small team is key)
 Preferably with banking experience
 Advanced knowledge of accounting software

Collections Officer

Collections officer to collect payment on overdue bills by informing customers of their debt and their various options for repayment. When agreeable payment terms are not reached, collections officers take further action in order to collect payment on debts. This individual need to be someone who is resilient with great communications skills.

Minimum Requirements:
 Matric
 2 years working experience
 Preferably retail collection experience

Loan Agent

The work of a loan agent has sizeable customer-service and sales components. They often answer questions and guide customers through the application process. In addition, they must market the products and services of the company and actively solicit new business. My client is scouting the market for this type of professional.
Among other duties the successful candidate must be able to Approve loans within specified limits, and refer loan applications outside those limits to management for approval. Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process and also analyse applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.

Minimum Requirements:
 Proven work experience as Loan agent or Sales agent
 Attention to detail, energetic with Good communication skills
 Must be able to type at least 35 words per minute

Financial Manager

The purpose of the job includes reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts, and preparing activity reports and financial forecasts. In addition, the role requires the incumbent to investigate ways to improve profitability, and analyse markets for business opportunities, such as expansion, mergers or acquisitions.
Duties include but not limited to overseeing the flow of cash and financial instruments, planning and directing the activities of workers in branches or departments, preparing reports as required by law, regulations or company policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures, conducting data analysis and planning and strategizing.

Minimum Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or a related field.
 5 years in the Banking industry
 Managerial experience
